Minneapolis’ own Community Power invites neighbors in the Third Ward to an engaging and informative conversation about the possibilities for our city’s energy future. Council Member Jacob Frey will join the conversation to voice support for clean, equitable energy and to champion solutions for the Third Ward. The event will held at Marcy Open School on Tuesday, September 29 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Topics of discussion include community solar gardens, solar investment, green jobs training and Minneapolis’ new, first-in-the-nation, Clean Energy Partnership. Local solar developers and a green jobs trainer will be on-hand to connect about ongoing solar projects and job training in Minneapolis.
